The test is coming to me

On Saturday, Doctor Robb Thompson speeches really inspires me. He teaches me quite a number of things to use it in my life, and of course, to serve God even better!! Most important, do not do God Abuse!! God Abuse is prohibited in us!

Ok, it's been 3 weeks since I went to City Harvest Church. Guess what, the test...It's starting to test my faith again. It's up to me whether I would stand strong, stand strong in my faith and everything towards God.

Yesterday, I just had a thought in my mind yesterday.

I felt like leaving this world for good.

Well, this, is the actions of the devil. He wanted to influence me, drawing me away from God. Never! I'm going to stand strong! If I can't do it now, I'll never be able to defeat the devil! After being 'counselled' by Peifen and Chan, I felt much better. I had about an hour chat with Chan yesterday night. We prayed together on the phone, and thank God! My cordless phone was beeping all the way when we were praying, and thank God that it lasted for so long! Wow! Maybe another testimonial to share in the upcoming cell group!

This Tuesday is an event organised by my church. I wanted to go to this event, but it seems like it's going to be until quite late. I really wanted to go! I don't know why I just have this desire to go, can't explain, but, I just really want to go! Maybe I'll pray, pray that God can help me soften my parents heart, so that I can join the rest tomorrow.

O Heavenly Father, I sincerely pray that you can bless my friends and I, to be able to do well in this mid year exams, help us to understand the topics easier, help us to remember better, so that we are able to do well, and I know that You will always make us the top, not the bottom, the head and not the tail. O Lord, I sincerely pray that You would really soften my parents' hearts and minds today, so when I tell them that I'm going to this event tomorrow, I can come easily and without and small conflicts with my parents. O Lord, once again I would like to thank You for bringing Benjamin Chan into my life, for bringing me into City Harvest Church, to serve You even better, and I also thank You for bringing the members of the cell group into my life also, as through them, I became the cheerful character I had before, the talkative me in the past. O Lord, I thank You for giving me such wonderful stuffs, friends, and even my brothers in my family. O Lord I thank You for Your love, for everything that You have given me. O Lord, I would also want to pray that I'm able to speak in tongue with You, so that I can communicate better with You O Lord, and I would also like to pray that You would take care of Ben when he's in Pulau Ubin, and I want to pray that you can increase my faith everyday, increase my strength when I'm weak, give me the courage when I'm afraid. And I hope that through You I can become a better person, through Christ I can become a better person. And everyday I can do the best I can to do glory in your name. I lift this prayer to You in Jesus name, Amen.

Free rainy day

Today, haha, the lessons are quite free, although there's a English common test in the morning. Mother Tongue, I did not retake that, so I can sleep, English lessons, also very slack. After recess, Mr Seah did not came to school, so it's almost like the whole day free, lol! During Mr Seah lesson, Farihin brought his PSP™ to school, haha, we played the games inside of course.

One thing I want to specify. God has answered my prayers this 2 consecutive days!! Yesterday and today, I woke up late, and did not have my breakfast. I went to school with only little things in my stomach. Thursday, during my Social Studies lessons, my stomach started to growl. I prayed softly to God, asked him to help me to bear with my hunger until 11am. Suddenly, my stomach stopped growling, and I did not feel so hungry as before, praise the Lord!! When I went down for recess at 11am, and when the bell rang, I started to feel hungry again. I believe this is not coincidence, like what Chan had told me. Today, I woke up late again :P, when I was walking to school, my stomach started to growl again. I prayed again, for God's help, and indeed, He helped me again! Wow! I was so happy, can't wait to share it with the cell group tomorrow.

Today after school, I went to play pool with Chan, Sherrill and Joel. I feel so unlucky. When I go, it started raining. I alighted at the wrong bus-stop. When I was at the traffic light, I was splashed by the water on the road from an incoming car. Man, my pants got wet, my bag also got wet. Haha, unlucky... After pool, we went to Chan's house to rest, haha, Joel, Chan and me played winning eleven 10. I won Joel twice, and lost to Chan once by 2-1. Sigh, then all of us went home. Ok, gotta go bathe now.

New church experience...Alvin that lucky ass

Haha, I just went to cell group meeting for the first time in City Harvest Church yesterday with Chan. We went to Serene's house for the meeting, and I made quite a number of new friends. We played games, sing and praising the lord, and we even share our testimonials in how Jesus has helped us for a breakthrough in the past week and shame the devil.

About 2pm, we went to eat lunch. After lunch, Elaine, Meng Jie, Chan, Xiu Wen, Yong Jing, Joshua all have to go for bible studies, so left Serene, Bryan or Ryan I'm also not sure(lol!), Sherrill, me and one more girl I forgot her name again(OMG, lousy memory I have! lol). We were talking about all those 脑筋急转弯 questions. Haha, we sure had lots of fun!

After that, I stayed for the service. Same thing, we went in and started worshipping and praising the lord. We had learn some verses in the bibles and...maybe I should call that bible studies or whatever. About 7:40pm, my mum keep calling me. I cannot answer the phone as we are singing and praising the lord. After that, I called her and we had a little quarrel. I cried(oops!), so embarrassing...

But they say it's alright, the first time when they came to church, they also had experienced the similar things. After that I accompanied them for dinner. Again, we asked them questions that we asked in the afternoon, haha some got it correct, and some got it wrong. LOL! I promised Serene to test her more next week during cell group. Haha, I can't wait to test people again!

As for that Alvin, everyone says that he has successfully appealed to go to Republic polytechnic. Man, why is he so the...never mind. His maths was E8, and he was able to go to the outdoor and something course, would that means that I can go too? But, I would rather I choose the course, not it choose me.

Well, God bless that I would be able to do well in this upcoming Mid-year examinations. Please bless me, Ali, Cerenna and Kalyn to be able to get good results. I hope that O Lord, you can help us to understand the topics that we were unable to understand in the past, so that we are able to get good results. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Study Time!

Heh heh, I don't really what to post now, but maybe I'll just say about what happened this few days.

Just on friday, after I came back from school, my father asked me whether I want to accompany him to go queue up overnight at a condo, he asked me to ask whether I had any friends would want to accompany me. I asked a few, none of them can go. Sigh... Never mind, I'll go myself. Around the night, I went with my father. About ten minutes later, I started talking to a guy who's playing PSP™, I asked him what would he do if his PSP™ battery gone out. The answer he told me that he's suay. Haha, that's when I made a new friend. We started talking about PSP™, then he taught me about some of the functions that I don't even know, and the new version of PSP™. We then started talking about some of the interesting incidents that happened to our own life. We chatted until about 3:35, then we slept on the floor. Next morning, I received money for queueing up. Haha, easy money... Oops!

Saturday when I came back I went to sleep. When I woke up, I went to eat my lunch, then I prepared my stuffs to go and study with Kalyn and Cerenna. When I was about to leave, my god. It started to pour heavily. I was thinking, god, why must you rain at times like this? Laughing at my luck, I took out my umbrella and walk towards the bus-stop and meet Kalyn there. We then meet Cerenna outside McDonalds™. We went in to McDonalds™ then we sat down at a spot. About 5 minutes later, the rain stopped and it started to shine. Cerenna complained that how come that when she was outside it was raining so heavily and she got wet, and now we were inside, it started to shine. LOL. After that we went to buy some food. Cerenna and Kalyn just bought the takoyaki and said they were full, 'cos they've eaten mac when we were studying. I just bought sushi and went home for dinner.

Just now when the three of us were walking home, I noticed Cerenna's face was kind of gloomy. I asked her why, she just wouldn't say. Kalyn say she's done too much maths.

Once again, Cerenna, I may have to repeat myself again and look like a naggy idiot. STOP PUSHING YOURSELF TOO HARD AND GIVING YOURSELF TOO MUCH STRESS!!! I hope you won't start walking back to the route you been through last year, although certain push is unavoidable, but if you are going to push yourself too hard, you might end up stressing yourself more than last year. Next, I'm not trying to be boastful here, I'm somehow good at keeping secrets ('cos I always forget what people told me the previous day and forget it the next day), and sort of a good listening ear, maybe a preacher also? I don't know. (Kinda weird, I know how to comfort people, but I can't do it to myself. Haha) So if you are meeting somekind of troubles and needs someone to speak to, Kalyn and I will be listening to you.

O god, please help Ali, Kalyn, Cerenna, Alvin and me, and others who's taking 'O' levels this year to be able to do well and get good results this year. I have faith that you will be able to help us as my faith in you will get stronger and stronger. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Wow...kinda long...lol

Getting more bored

Wow, I just realised that it has been more than a week since i ever updated the blog.

Just now went to eat KFC™ with Cerenna and Kalyn. We were talking about blogs, she asked me to update mine, and here I am!

Well, about 3 to 4 weeks have passed since I went back to school. Yes, I have indeed starting to adapt back to that stupid school life, but it seems that the time has become much more slower than last year. Compared to last year, the time seems to be moving faster, but this year it seems like it's moving slowly, although only about 5 to 6 months left before 'O' levels.

Maybe Cerenna is right, I have no close friends around me to talk and study with. Although 5A I know quite a number of them, but they are not as close as people I known since secondary 1.

Well, like the title, I'm getting more bored. I must make sure no 'C's in my grades this time, unless(touch wood), my English were to still remain at C, and my Science only improve up till C. That, I have nothing to say. Somehow, I also start to find that the Chinese boys in my class is getting lamer and lamer. LOL!

O God bless me to go through all these hardships, and bless that I would get good grades. I have full faith that you would help me in whatever hardships I faced, and turn them into challenges as you gave me your strength. In Jesus© name we pray, Amen.

Sunburnt

Last saturday went swimming with Nick, Jun Chang, Raymond. All of us except Raymond got sunburnt.

Ouch, we felt so itchy that day.

The next day?

Pain of course...We can't even carry our bags on our shoulders.

Well, no choice, that time we never even apply sun lotion and we jumped into the pool. Silly us...
